Establishing Telenor Objects as a business unit in the Telenor Group shows our strong commitment to – and great faith in – connected objects as a growth area. At the same time we acknowledge that our partners and customers may wonder what exactly we are doing.

Let us start by sharing some questions and answers.

What is Connected Objects?
Connected Objects is the term used to describe the vast area of smart devices that is or will be connected to public network infrastructure, by means of GSM/ GPRS, WLAN or other infrastructure.

How does Telenor Objects relate to Telenor Connexion?
Both Telenor Connexion and Telenor Objects are working in the market for Machine to Machine communications. However, whilst Connexion is focused on delivering SIM-based communication to a global M2M market, Objects is focusing on services on top of the "communication layer".

How can I buy products and services from Telenor Objects?
Our services will be available to our corporate customers through our regular sales channels in each individual market. This means that you should contact your local sales representative for more information. If you do not have a sales representative in your country, please see Contact us

What does Telenor Objects mean to me as a Telenor partner?
We will mainly address our customers through Telenor's extensive partner network. If you are already a Telenor partner and you are interested in more information on how we can work together, we ask you to contact your partner relations manager in your market. Alternately, you may contact us directly here: Contact us

Is Telenor Objects present in all markets where Telenor is represented?
Telenor Objects has already started to deliver to customers in the Scandinavian market. However, our ambition is to serve the other markets in Europe and Asia where Telenor has operations.

Are there any job opportunities for me in Telenor Objects?
We are always interested to get in touch with candidates who have a keen interest in and background from Machine to Machine technology in general and software development in particular. See our open positions here

For other questions we recommend that you contact us directly.
